The Westlawn neighborhood comprises a triangle bordered by US Route 50, Wayne Road (both sides), and Annandale Road in the greater Falls Church area of Fairfax County, Virginia. Westlawn Civic Association meetings are held several times annually at the Thomas Jefferson Library on Arlington Boulevard.
